Assistant

Say what you want the car to do.

There is a chat inside the app and on the dashboard. Drivers get it for the car they are assigned. Hosts get it for the whole fleet, or pinned to one car.

Ask it something and you get an answer in plain words, not a dashboard to read. “AYE-01 is locked, with about 60% charge and roughly 190 miles of range.”

Then ask it to do something, and it does it. It runs the same commands you would press in the dashboard, and it tells you what it did. When it won’t do something, it says so and gives you the reason.

It does the thing, not a link to the thing

Lock and unlock, climate and defrost, vent or close the windows, charge port, start and stop charging, charge limit, trunk and frunk, seat heaters, honk, flash the lights, remote start, wake the car.

It refuses, and it says why

It will not touch the windows without knowing where the car is. When something is unsafe or it hasn’t got what it needs, you get the reason in the chat rather than a command that quietly does nothing.

Or bring your own agent

Hosts can create an API key with “Can control vehicles” and point an outside assistant at the fleet. The agent API is documented, so whatever you already talk to can work the cars too.

Coming to the assistant: filing a toll or a ticket straight from a photo in the chat, and the fleet admin jobs like keys, deposits and maintenance.

Charging

The charging bill stops being yours.

Set a markup once. Every Supercharging session that lands while a driver holds the key is matched to them and charged to their card, idle fees included. Receipts on both sides, payouts to your bank through Stripe. A session we can’t match waits for one click rather than quietly becoming your problem.

Tickets that find their own driver

Upload the toll notice or the parking ticket. The plate, amount, time and place are read off it, matched to the car that was actually there from its own position history, and put against whoever held the key. Anything genuinely unclear is shown as unclear instead of guessed, and once you confirm it, it goes back on the driver’s card.

A deposit you can actually release

Set your deposit policy once. It is held against the rental and released when the car comes back. If something did happen, the record exports in a form an insurer will take.

Photos before the keys

Before a handover, TeslaFleet checks the car is actually ready to go out. The driver then walks five angles on their phone, guided, so the condition is on record. Damage arguments start with evidence instead of memory.

Home charging, paid back

A driver who charges at home gets reimbursed for it, and the savings from charging off-peak are tracked. Nobody is out of pocket for plugging in at the house.

Business or personal, per trip

Every trip is classified for you, and you can correct any one of them. The whole log exports as CSV when the accountant asks.

What each car actually costs

Profit and loss per vehicle, cost per mile, and a safety score per driver. You find out which car earns its keep and which one is just sitting there.

While you’re not looking

It closes the windows before it rains.

Leave a window vented on a parked car and TeslaFleet watches the forecast for you. When rain is coming within the hour, the windows close on their own and you get a notification telling you it happened.

Nobody has to be near the car, and nobody has to remember. It is the kind of thing you only notice the first time it saves an interior.

Your Tesla account

We never see your password.

You authorize through Tesla’s own login on Tesla’s official Fleet API, the same way any approved app works. Revoke it from your Tesla account at any time and we go dark immediately.

Your drivers

They see their car, not your fleet.

Drivers are invite-only and only ever see the vehicle they currently hold a key for: their trips, their charging, their card. Never your other cars, drivers or earnings.

Your data

It leaves whenever you want.

Trips and charging sessions export to CSV, or stream to your own systems over webhooks and a REST API. Nothing here is a one-way door.

Authorize once with Tesla. Your vehicles appear on the dashboard with live state: online, asleep, charging.

Invite a driver

Drivers are invite-only. They claim their account with a code and add a card for Supercharging before they ever touch a car.

Pick the car, pick the dates. The key lands in the driver's web app and works from their phone.

Every Supercharging session during the key is matched to the driver and charged to their card. You watch the recovered total climb, and go do something else.
